LJ made my first time home buying process an absolute breeze. I was extremely nervous going into this process but from the first phone call with LJ, I was confident that I had made the right choice. Knowing almost nothing about the process, LJ walked me through each step (multiple times for my own peace of mind) - to say he was patient is an understatement. Any time I wanted to visit a property, LJ was able to accommodate my schedule and set up a visits within the next day. He extremely accessible and communicative, which I greatly appreciated. LJ was also very transparent about the good, the bad, and the ugly. It was reassuring to know that he was truly there to support me and get me into the right home for my needs. LJ truly understands the ins and outs of the market and gives great advice based on that. If I ever decide to buy again in the future, I will definitely be giving LJ a call.

LJ Bunker was more than helpful with selling this house. He was able to get more money for the house than I thought possible. He was able to intelligently communicate his marketing plan and sale price point backed by data to ensure we were exactly were we needed to be to get the house sold quickly and for the most money. I would highly recommend LJ in any and all realestate transactions to include the most complicated. He was able to handle all issues that arose on the fly with no inconvenience to me.

LJ Bunker is an extremely knowledgeable and down to earth guy. He is very patient and will do everything in his power to get you into the home you want/need. I changed my mind from condo to house to rental, then back to condo, and then again to house. He helped me secure a home that I love. He is present during every step even when he's not required go be there! Even after the sale went through, he checked in to make sure things are going well. Very kind, fun, and easy going. He will give you his honest opinion and guide you to your dream home. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. If I have to move to another state I'll encourage him to get a license there just because I trust him that much! Thank you LJ. I really appreciate everything you have done for me!

There was not once that LJ didn't call us back no matter how small the question. He kept us very informed on any information he had from the prospective buyers . He is a very professional young man with a true passion for his job . He knew how much we loved the home we were selling and made sure it was marketed to people who would love it as much as we did . We are very happy with LJ's strategy for selling our home . It sold much faster than we ever expected and at a higher price . LJ was very considerate of how difficult it was to remove our dogs from the property and our work schedule when scheduling viewings. He came highly recommended by someone in my area that recently sold their house in record time
