He brought in an excellent team including attorney, inspector, loan company which made all parts of the purchase go smoothly because they have worked together in the past. I highly recommend LJ to anyone who needs a realtor to partner with. LJ took a complex task and made it look simple. LJ selected me. I had done a search online and he responded. He was the first agent who took an interest in my needs. LJ was my single point of contact which made my life easier. LJ was very generous and kind to work with. He was very consistent in his timely communications and in responding to my inquiries. I would recommend LJ highly.

I was extremely nervous going into this process but from the first phone call with LJ, I was confident that I had made the right choice. Knowing almost nothing about the process, LJ walked me through each step (multiple times for my own peace of mind) - to say he was patient is an understatement. Any time I wanted to visit a property, LJ was able to accommodate my schedule and set up a visits within the next day. He extremely accessible and communicative, which I greatly appreciated. LJ was also very transparent about the good, the bad, and the ugly. It was reassuring to know that he was truly there to support me and get me into the right home for my needs. LJ truly understands the ins and outs of the market and gives great advice based on that. If I ever decide to buy again in the future, I will definitely be giving LJ a call.

I would highly recommend LJ in any and all realestate transactions to include the most complicated. He was able to handle all issues that arose on the fly with no inconvenience to me.
