Buyer reviewLJ did a wonderful job accommodating our requests as out of town buyers. He was knowledgeable about the area and suggested looking into areas I did not find in my own search. Seller reviewMy son had recommended LJ because he knew him to be a good broker. He thought he would take care of our needs with selling my deceased mother-in-laws house. LJ made selling my deceased mother-in-laws house very easy. He met my husband and I to discuss possibly putting the house on the market. He said he would do all he could to make it a pleasurable experience, which he did. He was very understanding knowing it wasn't easy selling the family home after owning it for 58 years. We felt good knowing a young couple would now have a nice home. LJ would always respond to any questions we had either by phone or text in a timely manner. He made sure he kept us informed about the inspection of the home as well as closing details. He made selling the family home pleasurable from start to finish. Would definitely use LJ again to buy or sell a home. LJ made selling the home a pleasurable experience

LJ took his time with explaining every step and made me feel at ease. He also was the one recommended the house and area that we ended up purchasing! It is a wonderful area and we are absolutely in love with our home. Any questions that I had would get an immediate response whether it was via call or text he was always responsive.
