He embodies all of the above characteristics to an excellent level It was a difficult sale, back and forth, many negotiations. LJ held our position and the house was sold......................…...............LJ from the beginning understand my brother and my goals. We set up a strategy a LJ worked toward those goals. He was extremely knowledgeably and kept both of us informed at each step of the process. I know he had some difficult negotiations back and forth with potential buyers but he always represented my brothers wishes. It finally sold only after some sacrifice on both sides He was a very kind and helpful agent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs to get a job done!

Seller reviewAfter dealing with several previous agents, LJ came to me via referral from another agent. His logic and approach made sense in the pricing strategy for my home, after of course doing his due diligence on comps and other analysis. What I commend him on the most is this - he took the time to walk me through the world of unknowns when selling a house, to the point of every detail I asked about. In other situations, knowing I was busy with my job, he kept to brief communications and was patient waiting for a response. I executed my sale out of state, and thought it would be a nightmare doing so. LJ made the process ridiculously easy. In hindsight, every piece of advice and guidance was dead on, and his thoroughness and communications were absolutely perfect. I would recommend him to every possible person I can.
