We have already moved to SC and so LJ was our only representative present for all the work that goes into selling a house. He executed each step flawlessly, providing us with great peace of mind knowing we were in good hands. Notably, in the first two days of showing, we had 19 prospective buyers and multiple offers that exceeded asking price. This was in the middle of the Wuhan pandemic.

Seller reviewLJ Bunker was my real estate agent when buying my house in November . Great person, knows the market and was a great help. In February my mom passed, we had to sell her house. My siblings and myself reached out to him. After looking at the house, we also knew, the house needed a lot of updates. We wanted to sell as is. LJ knew exactly what to do and we sold the house within a week or so. I would never use anyone else. I have now referred him to my friend and if I know anyone else who is selling or buying he will get another referral. LJ is fantastic.
