In our specific transaction the initial appraisal was flawed. Lori immediately assembled more information regarding additional comparable properties, etc and in association with the Listing Agent requested the appraiser reevaluate the property. The appraisal was subsequently adjusted and the sale went through. Without Lori's intentional and dedicated research effort our purchase would not have happened. Kudos to Lori!
