I was interested in Lori, not the company. She had the highest rating on Realtor.com and the one other person I called never returned my call, even to this day. She answered her phone on a Sunday afternoon and we made arrangements to talk during the week. I have dealt with several real estate agents in my life, and been highly displeased with all except one - now two. Lori being the second. I have zero complaints about her. We have already referred someone else to her. The exchange of contracts and closing-very very happy with the law firm used [Scott Umstead], which was on a list provided by Lori.
