Lori was on track when it came to our wishes and concerns. She actually over exceeded in finding a property that was perfect for us in just two day's. Lori Lentz Widner is an exception Real Estate Agent; knowledgeable, organized, responsive, communicative and really listens to her clients. She has all the training and skills required and then she has something that you simply cannot learn, you have to be born with it, and that's intuitive listening. She knows how to decipher between the lines and come up with the perfect property for a prospective buyer. This works when you are the buyer and this works if you are the seller. She is a real estate match maker who follows through. I consider myself extremely fortunate that Lori was the 1st realtor I contacted when I decided to move to Myrtle Beach...I won the real estate lottery.

If you are looking to purchase a home we have found Lori Lentz-Widner to be an excellent resource. She is an outstanding realtor who really knows the area. Lori was very patient with my wife and I. We began our home search in the Myrtle Beach area without knowing where exactly in MB that we wanted to settle. Lori listened to our wants and showed us many homes in a wide variety of areas. Since we were out of state buyers Lori went to homes we were interested in and videoed. We were able to view the homes from our home. Lori made the entire home buying experience great. If you are buying or selling a home I cannot recommend Lori Lentz-Widner any higher. We would not hesitate to use her services again!
