Buyer reviewLori was extremely helpful through the entire process of buying our first home. She took time to explain everything to us. She was always patient and we never felt pressured. She made the entire process extremely easy. Her professionalism was wonderful and I never felt uncomfortable working with her. She was extremely flexible with our crazy schedules. Whenever I explained what I was looking for in a house, she knew exactly what to show me. I felt like she always listened and based her recommendations on things that were important to me. I never felt like she was trying to sell us a home, it felt more like discussing things I wanted with a friend. She made buying a home an enjoyable process. I have already recommended her to other people. If there is ANYONE that I would trust with this process, it would be her. I firmly believe she is the best at what she does. Buyer reviewLori Gardner did not in any way shape or form, pressure us or hurry us, at any time of the process. And we must have looked at 50 homes in the span of a couple months. Every time we met with her she was extremely polite, talkative, and made the experience feel like more of a friendly rendezvous rather than business, business, business. We unfortunately had a large issue with an assessor and we both felt that Lori Gardner went the extra 10 miles as far as, making it known that it was definitely an issue that shouldn't have come up. We both feel as though without Lori in our corner, we wouldn't have gotten where we are today. Which is happily in our new home.
