Every step of the way, from pricing, evaluating offers, negotiation, inspection, and appraisal, she worked very hard to ensure all went smoothly. What was supposed to be a magically experience quickly turned sour when our closing date moved from 60 to 90 days due to a lien on the property we were buying...
