Seller reviewI cannot say enough good things about Lou Asack. He is the most professional, knowledgeable, hard working sales agent I have ever been involved with. He went above and beyond in showcasing our condo and he was tireless in working with us when it came to properly pricing it so that we could get optimum visibility and foot traffic. I could go on and on and tell you splashy things about Lou but what was important to me was his honesty and integrity. He always guided us in the right direction regarding pricing and upgrades. When the hurricane destroyed our condo last October Lou handled the situation by communicating with us about what we needed to do and how we should proceed in developing the best sales plan. There was no nonsense involved. He was there not as a sales agent but as a friend. He talked with contractors, condo management and insurance people. If you want honesty and integrity from a sales agent who won't give you BS and knows the business then Lou Asack is your man
