From our initial interaction with Lou we both felt comfortable with his approach and communication style. Lou consistently went above our expectations in asking questions to understand our needs/desires and allowed ample time for viewing properties. He was easily accessible and made himself available at the times we needed for viewing properties. He stayed actively involved throughout the process both in providing answers and asking questions. His responsiveness was excellent and we never felt like we were left hanging while waiting for a response.
