I am seasoned Sales Associate having over 25 years of brokerage experience in representing owners, sellers and tenants in the Newport County area. I am Certified Relocation Specialist, Military Housing Professional and Short Sale certified. I have over 10 years of experience in the foreclosure sales arena. I feel strongly about this community and the Real Estate Market and for over 30 years I have bought, sold and managed millions of dollars of my own personal properties. I have also had the experience of investing in Florida Real Estate.
I love helping people and find this line of work very rewarding. I am always up to the challenge of fitting my clients in the home of their dreams and I am always looking for new ways to make it exciting.
I was born and raised in New Jersey but have made Newport my home for many years now. I hold a degree in Elementary Education and various related certifications along with a Masters Degree from Providence College. I have also had the opportunity of working for the Federal Government, in the non - profit area and in the medical area before finding my true passion as a Real Estate Sales Associate.

Buyer reviewLouise Cardoni is a rock-star buyers agent! My purchase experience with Louise was outstanding and totally seamless. From listing to sale, the unit was on the market for 72 hours, and she got the deal done - even though it meant scheduling a last minute showing (having never met me), and preparing an offer at 11 at night, due by 9am the next day. What's more impressive was, I had met her for all of 20 minutes before she performed those services, which is a testament to her can-do approach and remarkable professionalism. She was prepared, engaged, and on top of the details; Responsive under tight deadlines, and rapid responses through email and text. Every appointment was made, and every appointment she was on time (and I, of course, was not!) When it came time to negotiate with the seller, her advice was decisive and effective. I'd buy another property with her as an agent in a heartbeat - so thankful to have worked with her!

Buyer reviewI would definitely use Louise Cardoni again and would enthusiastically recommend her to others. Professional and patient with me which since I started my house hunting in the beginning of the Covid pandemic was no easy feat. I wanted to look at a lot of properties in different areas and she was very accommodating. She referred my to a great mortgage broker, Nate Nary from Movement Mortgage. Louise also was a great help through the inspection and price negotiating process, where the seller was quite difficult and Louise handled everything. Nothing about this process because of the Covid was easy but Louise rolled with it and it made the process the best it could be. I would highly recommend Louise, you're crazy if you don't use her!
