Luba helped us with the purchase of vacant lot late last year and was very helpful and organized and made the transaction simpleSeptember 2016
The sale of our home happened in about 4 days, but the road to closing due to buyer financing issues created a lot of extra work on her part. Her follow up , whether it was phone calls, texts, or emails were always timely and she worked so very hard to help keep us up to date with the lengthy financing problems and delays our buyer encountered. She earned more than her share of the commission as far as we were concerned. Extremely pleased with the level of persistence she evidenced throughout the sale process

Luba called earlier in the year while we still had a tenant with a potential buyer. Showing the house then was really not an option. However, she wrote a personal note to us which really set her apart. After we talked with her and saw the quality of the materials she assembles for her clients, heard her clear and thorough explanations, and heard her logic for pricing our house, we thought she would do a good job for us.August 2015
She gave us very sound advice on preparing the house for marketing. Her photographer did an excellent job in presenting the house for its online presentation.
Luba is very professional and conscientious. She was also willing to answer our questions at any point. We were impressed by the long hours she was willing to be on the job. We hope her family appreciates her.
It went very smoothly. I needed a fair amount of hand-holding at various points and she made herself available and was very patient.
She did an excellent job and we would recommend her to anyone and use her again in a heartbeat. I have had experience with other brokers and Luba is head and shoulders above the others.

Luba went above and beyond on helping to get us in the home we have purchased and now live; she met with us often, stayed in constant communication, and even had her husband help out on occasions to help expedite the closing process; she even travelled 2-3 hours south to meet us to help close on the house and then to return back up north to deliver papers to the title company; she was very dedicated and committed to helping us.....we would recommend her highly to anyone in need of realtor assistance....
