Buyer reviewMyself and my wife met Lucy during a showing of the house we ended up buying. While we didn't purchase the home right away, it was quite a few months later, we immediately connected with Lucy as she was very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable of the are we were looking in. Lucy showed myself and my wife many homes over the course of a few months. She was extremely easy to work with. She was always pleasant and respectful even if we were difficult at times. She was able to listen to everything we cared about and adjust the homes she showed to us accordingly. During the contract period of the house we finally ended up purchasing, Lucy was always there for us when needed. She would always answer the phone or return our call immediately. She went beyond the normal responsibilities of an agent to ensure that all of the issues that came up during our time in contract were worked out in a timely fashion to our satisfaction. She went to the closing also to help support us and answer any questions we had. We were first time home buyers and it was fantastic to have Lucy in our corner helping us along throughout the process.
