Will absolutely use Lyn again and highly recommend her. Lyn also excels at working with "Type-A" or "hands-on" personalities, listening and receptive always but assertive and direct when the need calls for it!

Her sage advice helped us navigate counter-offers, inspections and repairs on our old house. She invested in teaching us important practical and financial details that we needed to know. We trust her completely and would decidedly recommend her for buying or selling a house.
