We made the move from CA to FL and trusted Lynn to guide us through the difficult challenge of buying a place virtually sight unseen. Lynn clearly understood our wants and needs and made the distance seem insignificant. She was always available and did a number of personal and virtual showings for us. Lynn seemlessly coordinated a number of short notice transactions that arose and ensured that schedules aligned with ours, this allowed us the flexibility to be on-site for the one and only in-person look at the home before the purchase. Lynn was critical in the negotiation of the purchase price and she went above and beyond to help us navigate the issues and challenges we encountered with the seller. When we arrived at the house after a 3500 mile cross country drive with three Great Danes we we walked into a furnished, clean and inviting oasis all because of Lynn!! We will forever be greatful to her for making our move back to paradise possible!!

Lynn was fantastic. We could not have asked for anything better. We live in PA and she was willing to go check out homes for us before we even flew down to FL. She even went above and beyond cleaning up the home to be sure it was presentable for us since it had not been cleaned up by the seller! I refer anyone to Lynn!!
