Seller reviewWith regards to marketing/advertising the property and coordinating an open house, Lyse went above and beyond. We had previously considered not using a realtor at all and are ultimately SO GLAD we chose Lyse instead! Also, with regards to the sales result, we ended up getting more than we had expected for the house. Lyse lead us through the entire process seamlessly, professionally, and made sure it was a stress free experience for us! This was our first home, and the buying process had been unorthodox, so we had never experienced a typical home sale/purchase before. Lyse was knowledgeable and very understanding about our lack of experience. No question was too small or silly. And bonus; she seemed to be available any time of day! When setting up showings for the home she gave us plenty of advanced notice and was constantly working to find new prospective buyers! We will, without a doubt, be using Lyse for any future buying or selling needs that we may have.
