Seller reviewLyse went above and beyond compared to experiences we have had with previous realtors. She actively promoted the house through online resources, print resources, and through open houses. Lyse was very good at helping us know when to negotiate and when to hold our ground. Lyse was not a push over just looking to close the deal as fast as she could. She wanted us to get the best selling price we could get even if it took longer to sell. She also did a lot of the leg work the buyer's realtor was supposed to do to ensure the deal didn't fall through or drag on longer than needed. Lyse was very responsive to our questions. She was open to discussing different thoughts on a subject and giving her professional opinion. The way she came through in a couple of situations really elevated her above other realtors. She and her family helped us clean up tree debris after a bad stormed knocked over a handful of trees. She helped us locate a resource quickly that could handle the bulk of the tree removal. She also lent us a paint sprayer to speed up a painting project we had to get done before an inspection. Thank you for everything Lyse!

Buyer reviewI walked in to the office on a whim. She was the agent available to talk and see what I was looking for. We talked for about 20 minutes and from there we moved forward aggressively looking at all potential properties that my family and I were looking for. Lyse provided a ton of knowledge when it came to finding the perfect acreage. She provide knowledge on wells, septic systems, and all manner of items that I tended to forget. Her knowledge helped us tremendously in selecting our dream home. Lyse was very approachable, professional, and curtious to our needs and what we were searching for. She stuck with us for many months as we aggressively searched for the right place. This was a long process, but was well worth the efforts set forth. Lyse was very determined to help us find the perfect place. Her hard work paid dividends and my family and I are now living in a slice of heaven where our kids can grow, learn, explore, and have mant adventures!

She committed numerous hours to include nights and weekends to work around my busy rotating work schedule over a period of 6 months. With that level of commitment I found her to be very deserving of the opportunity to advertise our home. During the process of selling our home Lyse kept us well informed throughout the entire process. She gave us ample notification when someone desired to view to property. This allowed for us to plan our day to day activities with the kids as well as work around my work schedule. Also, Lyse was great in scheduling open houses, keeping us informed on potential buyers, and keeping the lines of communication open. Lyse was a very wonderful and professional person to work with, I would choose her again if I ever decide to sell my new property. The whole process was wonderful, Lyse informed us of the plan, we stuck to it and the results were amazing. Could not have been more happier with the outcome!
