Buying a home can be a soul-crushing, nerve-wracking experience, but with the stewardship of a capable and trustworthy agent, the process can be easy and even enjoyable. Maggie Britvec was smart, sweet, engaged, and totally invested in the process with me. I trusted her implicitly, and she ultimately delivered on her promise to find me a great house. We had an instant rapport, and over the course of this process we also became good friends. Maggie was such an even-keeled person throughout the process, and even when I broke down in tears over the stress of closing on my house, she was a shoulder to cry on and an avid cheerleader. She really wanted me to find a house I would be happy with, and she made herself available night or day to look at an umpteenth property. Her calm demeanor and generosity of spirit made the whole experience less agonizing for me, and I will be forever grateful to her. She's a great agent and a really lovely person, to boot!
