Buyer reviewPurchasing from out of state seemed near impossible without Makayla. From showing us nearly 30 houses in a matter of 3 days to countless video tours, Makayla was exceptional. Communication was open and almost immediate upon any status changes. Makayla fully understood my family's needs and the timeliness in which we had to purchase. I will not hesitate to do business with Makayla in the future. I have already referred multiple people to her, and one of those referrals is already under contract thanks to the expertise and personability that Makayla brings to her clients and the Augusta area.

Now, when it comes to selling your home or negotiating, she can be fierce. She understands military life, because she has lived it. Makayla had a selling contract on my home within 24 hours of it going on the market. She also ensured we had a purchasing contract on the home we wanted to buy, while she was on an airplane, within just a couple hours!! I couldn't have asked for a better agent. She's the one y'all!!!

She was a great biuyers advocate for us. We didn't plan to buy another house, but the hurricane had other ideas, so we were in a difficult transition. Makayla was such a blessing in the whole process! Highly recommend!!!
