I've been a resident of the Washington DC metro area all my life. I know the market and the neighborhoods. After college I backpacked in Europe for 2 ½ months. I have relatives living in France that I'm very close to and see fairly often. I've been happily married for 26 years, and I teach my two children my philosophy of life: The only thing you can take with you is your integrity and impact on others. I'm better than no one and no one is better than me are philosophies that I believe in, and have served me well in business and in life. My office is in a building that I bought and completely renovated. The top floor is being used as an Airbnb. I own and operate a couple of Airbnb's. I am also a co-owner of Lucky Buns in DC, one of the most acclaimed restaurants to open in recent years. We are a unique burger concept with 3 locations in the city. Prior to residential real estate, I owned a business brokerage, and worked in commercial real estate as well. I've been a licensed broker since 1998. Over that time, I've developed an extensive knowledge of how real estate transactions and contracts work, and the negotiation skills to back up that knowledge. I go to bat for my clients every time - even if it means going to the CEO of a mortgage company to push a deal through. I'll stay focused on your best interest, even if it means I have to work a little harder. My team and I give you the time and information you need to make the best real estate decision.
