My name is Marcy Mahfuz, I am a Realtor with Century 21. I was born and raised in South Florida. I have lived in Citrus County with my husband for about 6 years. I love the outdoors and this area with its nature coast, lakes and the activities it provides. There is nowhere else I would rather live.
I have been a Physical Therapist Assistant for over 20 years and have enjoyed meeting new people and helping many reach their goals. I have recently taken on real estate to continue meeting new people, with the added bonus of helping others with their real estate goals. My goal is to continue to work with the mindset to help and make the real estate process an enjoyable experience for my clients. I will always be happy to help and continue to learn from the people I meet along the way.

Buyer reviewOmgosh! There is everything right about choosing Marcy for our out of state search for a property. I had previously talked with 3 other agents in citrus county. Marcy was the one I connected with immediately. Marcy jumped hoops for us. She was personable, attentive and caught on quickly to what we were hoping to find. We were already familiar with the area but she provided insight to so much more. She listened to our needs, made suggestions and the communication was above and beyond. Looking from out of state, she helped us in our search. When the time came for us to finally fly to Florida and look at properties she was very prepared with over a dozen properties for us to look at. When we got to house #9, and we were starting to get discouraged, she recommended one not on the list, encouraging us to check it out. And the minute we saw it, we knew it was the one! She really listened to our wants and needs and found us our perfect property. I would choose Marcy every single time!

Seller reviewMarcy went above and beyond any agent I have ever worked with. We were selling the house as part of an estate and were not located in Florida. Marcy basically took over all aspects of the house sale including cleaning, purging and staging the home for sale. We were held up by probate issues and she stood by us even putting a new doorknob on the house. She kept us informed every week and we were very confident of a sale. We could not recommend her enough!! THANK YOU MARCY!!
