Margaret felt like a trusted friend. Often realtors can feel like a "used car salesperson" with feelings of mistrust. Margaret was kind, attentive and always made me feel like she had my best interests at heart and not her commission. I met her when she was showing my son co-ops and it felt like her priorities were the best interests of my son and not just another sale. It was the way she handled my son that made my decision to go with her. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone that I know who wants to sell a property. She really put the time and work in to our sale. I don't know how many times she went the property but it was A LOT!! She conducted herself with integrity and always made me feel like she had my best interests at heart. I will always be grateful for her efforts on our behalf and will help her in way I can. In my opinion there is no other broker to deal with. In the end Margaret gave us beautiful gifts which really moved me. You are lucky to have her as were we.
