Personal Profile
I am a lifelong resident of the Mahoning Valley and take great pride in calling this community my home. With a deep commitment to helping others, I have dedicated my career to serving the people of our region in various capacities.
I graduated from Poland Seminary High School in 2001 and went on to study Exercise Physiology at Youngstown State University from 2001 to 2004. During my time at YSU, I had the unique honor of representing the university as "Pete the Penguin," a role I embraced with pride and enthusiasm.
Following my time at YSU, I pursued a degree in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound at Sanford-Brown College in Cleveland, Ohio. For the past 17 years, I've worked locally in the medical field, providing compassionate care and support to patients in need.
In 2017, I expanded my professional path into real estate, completing my education at Hondros College of Business. Since becoming a licensed full-time Realtor in 2018, I have been proudly serving Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana counties. My strong ties to the community allow me to connect with clients on a personal level and offer a seamless, supportive real estate experience.
I am an active member of the Boardman Rotary Club, the Boardman Lions Club, and the Ladies Beer Club of Youngstown-organizations that enable me to stay involved, give back, and continue building strong relationships within the community.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Attorney Louis Garland, and our two wonderful children, Grace and Grant.

Buyer reviewI grew up in the Youngstown area and moved to the Carolinas 10 years ago. My family and I decided to move back to the area to be near family. I found Maggie by a recommendation of my brother. We knew we wanted to live in the New Middletown area, which is also where Maggie lived. Before speaking with her, we originally were going to go with a different brokerage. But after speaking with Maggie, I didn't have to look elsewhere. She assured me we would find our dream home even in a short amount of period. She has a way of keeping you calm just by speaking with her and I knew I would need that through this journey. Maggie went above and beyond for us. Since we were out of state, she went into each home as if she would be purchasing it for her family and showed us every detail we would need to see and never made us feel as if we were being too much. She had great knowledge of the area we were purchasing and her expertise of the entire process was calming for us knowing we didn't have to question her methods. Maggie kept me calm during the entire process and always assured us that we would find a great home, and she made it happen. She treated us like family and I would recommend her to anyone. She answered our questions any time of day, even late at night. This agency is very lucky to have her. Almost sad that it's over because of how much of a joy it was to work with her.
