Seller reviewMargaret was so patient with the sale of my parent's house and with the lengthy process that ensued as we continued to try and close older open permits we didn't know we had. She was communicative and she was nice and she coached us through picking buyers, helping us find the people who were interested in buying the home to appreciate, as opposed to trying to buy it to flip. We ended up with a great price and nice people taking over ownership.
