that opened my eyes to the challenges many first-time buyers face. Since then, I have been

Beyond my professional life, I have been happily married for over 29 years and am blessed with a
wonderful family, including four children and 16 (and counting) grandchildren. Family is at the heart
of everything I do, and my husband, Jose, and I are actively involved in our local church and
community.
Originally from Mexico, I came to the United States over 30 years ago in pursuit of a dream. For the
past 17 years, I have proudly called Elk Grove home, drawn to its beautiful trails and strong sense of
community.

Maria made the process so clear and easy going because she explained every step in great detail. The whole process felt so flowy and she was always very organized, detailed, and efficient and we loved that. We told her what we were looking for in a new home and she stuck to the plan 100%. At times when we were stuck on making decisions, she was always patient and willing to clarify any doubts or concerns we had. Her knowledge when negotiating is admirable as are her professionalism and work ethic which showed throughout the entire process. Aside from being extremely professional, Maria was always so fun to be around. She was also respectful of our time and very accommodating to work around our schedule. I simply cannot describe how happy we are with her work for she helped us get into a home we love. Buyer reviewOur realtor, Maria De Guzman, deserves 10 stars!! We were looking for an affordable home in the perfect location for work, daycare, and being close to our childrens grandparents. We were having trouble finding our first time home that fell within our budget and wish list, but our agent continued to search and persevere for us. We appreciated the frequent communication that Maria delivered. She let us know what to expect during the whole buying process from start to finish, and was responsive and attentive to all questions asked. She understood our need and budget, and recommended a lender that met our requirements. We competed with several other offers, including and all-cash offer, and it was Maria's negotiation and contract writing skills that finally won us the house!! We closed in 3 weeks, and are absolutely in love with our first time home, and officially being home owners!! We cannot give enough thanks and appreciation for Maria to have blessed and guided us through our real estate adventure.
