I loved how Maria Lilley handled our whole home buying situation. We had a lot of hoops and loops and Maria was very good at assuring us what were the best ways to move forward. Maria Lilley always kept us calm and was always reassuring on how the whole process worked and was very quick to answer any questions we had at whatever time we had them even if they weren't related to what she did meaning the loan bank wasn't very professional, but Maria was there to answer my questions. What was a huge issue and was very alarming for us was the property we were buying has a home owners association and the escrow company couldn't get a hold of the president that's when my hero Maria Lilley came to the rescue. She went out of her way and met the HOA president personally so she was able to get all the information that was need to close escrow. Even after the purchase I love that she is still there with us in anyway she can. I needed help with a lot of paperwork after we bought the house and Maria Lilley was always available and her office as well. I'd say anyone would be a fool not to have Maria Lilley as their agent or in their corner in a time of buying or selling their home....
