We took some pauses as we tried to evaluate what we really wanted. She also helped us find an amazing lender and other services we needed. Maricela went out of her way to ensure we closed before it was too late. The sellers escrow agent was really bad at their job and Maricela was proactive in following up and she worked to fix it when it impacted our close by almost 2 weeks. Maricela went above and beyond every step of the way. She worked with us for almost a year as we tried to find a place we could afford. Could not have asked for a better experience on Maricela's side. The selling agent actively worked against the sale of the property and Maricela worked to make it better.

She tried to use the referral network to help us purchase the house in Moorpark, because Moorpark is very far from her home office. When she didn't get a fast enough response from the referral network, she took it upon herself to be our purchasing agent as well. She truly went above and beyond to help us find our house. Maricela is an outstanding agent. Her communication is excellent. We always knew what was happening. Any questions, and Maricela responded promptly. Maricela is one of the best agents we ever worked with and we bought and sold many times over the years.
