Before I met Marie Alafa, I had previously tried working with an agent at ReMax. I went with this agent because she was highly recommended to me by a coworker. After submitting all the paperwork that was being asked for, a week passed by and I had yet to hear anything from the agent. Over a month had passed by and I had not heard anything from this ReMax agent. I was venting to my sister about everything that was happening with this agent and she recommended Marie. I called Marie the following day and within hours I was viewing my first house. Right then and their I knew that Marie was the one who was going to help me purchase my first home.

Marie is the type of person who goes above and beyond to help her clients. She is dedicated to her clients and has a understanding of their needs. One of my requirements was to be able to purchase a house in Exeter and Marie would constantly keep me posted on houses that were going to be put in the market.
Marie made my experience as a first time homeowner a very pleasant one. She never stopped me from viewing any homes even though they may have been over my budget. Overall I am very appreciative for everything Marie did for me and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting to purchase a home.
