Marilou was highly recommended to help with the selling of my home She did a wonderful job of handling every aspect of my short sale. Any question or concern that I had during this process She was always a call, text or email away. Marilou reinsurance every step of the way even when I begin to become unsure. She made sure that she was going to do everything in her power to make sure we made it to the closing table and we successfully did. I highly recommend Marilou as your next realtor. I couldn't ask for a better realtor to assist me with my short sale. To have someone that cares about me as a client and to make sure I was successful meant the world to me. Marilou was a true professional every step of the way. She staged my home for me, and I almost didn't want to sell after i saw how it looked. From the time I listed my home up until the closing, I was never in the dark. Marilou updated me every time an appointment was scheduled. Marilou Wong's service has been impeccable from start to finish. She is every seller / buyer's ideal broker. Her knowledge about the property, location etc is broad and her connections are extensive. Marilou never left us unattended in the three transactions we have had with her. All calls and messages were addressed promptly and efficiciently. It was and has always been a joy working with her. Marilou was very professional in handling all the matters relating to both the sale and purchase of my properties. She would go over and beyond her task as a broker to assist and ensure that everything goes well. I wiuld definitely recommend Marilou Wong to my relatives and friends. Marilou was very flexible and responsive to all of our questions. She is a PRO at handling difficult sellers. She is very very good at negotiating and at also advising what could be negotiable when purchasing a home. We realized whe was very well established in the community when we met all of her recommended inspectors, they were all EXCELLENT to work with. Marilou is my go-to real estate agent in the area and I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a home.

This was our second time working with Marilou, and we could not have been happier. We are so grateful for her professionalism and deep knowledge. She also genuinely cares for her clients and is constantly thinking about what her clients need. She is proactive and transparent. She even went above and beyond to answer questions that our buyer had even though she wasn't his realtor. After the closing, our buyer even admitted that he wishes he had worked with Marilou and said he would recommend her for his family and friends. This shows how Marilou's work ethic as well as authenticity pays off. Her attention to detail is top notch, and she is always responsive no matter what time of the day. She is respectful and thoughtful, and provides honest advice based on her wealth of experience. We so appreciated everything Marilou did for us and if we ever had to do it again, we would work with her in a heartbeat!
