Marilou is the best! We couldn't have asked for a better agent to help us with our first home purchase. Having her as our realtor is like having a friend on the "inside" and she understood our needs from the very first open house even giving us ideas on how better utilize the space. She is professional, open, transparent, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process from start to closing. She was readily available to answer all of our questions. She kept us informed about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new property came on the market. She is honest and patient with us until the end. After finding the perfect home in 4 months, she provided us a one-stop-shop for us as first-time homebuyers with the right attorney, mortgage lender, and contacts to making the closing process smooth and successful.
