You have to really hustle as a buyer and Marilyn was a great partner in this. She knows the area and she knows the other realtors so she could reach out asap when something came open. She also kept us current and was very helpful weeding out the undesirable homes before even going to look. Part of a small community is the extra importance of personal relationships.
