Marilyn was open and honest. Communication throughout was above expectations. Her marketing plan was what sold me and she stuck to the plan throughout. After her presentation to me was given with confidence and then closed with she would love to sale the house for my family and honor my Mother in the process. without pressure she said call me. No continuous pressure. Did not take me long to call her back asking if she would take the listing. She took the listing and as planned created bidding atmosphere which enabled us to sell the house almost 20% over asking price which other agents I had spoken too but did not use indicated they did not believe we would get our asking price. There is no question I will use Marilyn and Century21 again. She is already working with a daughter and I will work hard to continue to recommend her as she and her team worked extremely hard for me
