Seller reviewMarilyn is wonderful! I felt from the time I met her almost 8 years ago that she truly had my best interest at heart! I have spoken to many realtors before that right off the bat are all about the money and that is not Marilyn at all! She's not afraid to tell it like it is and put you in a home that works the best for you. I have never felt that she has tried to "upsell" me anything and has always been very honest. This is the third time I have dealt with her personally and I couldn't recommend her more!

She was very upfront and honest and extremely knowledgeable. She communicated very well with the lender, the owner and myself. She was very punctual anytime we had to meet and is VERY good at problem solving. I selected Marilyn Shockley because of her outstanding reputation in the community. Also, her honesty and communication were key factors in my decision to work with Marilyn. I was confident that she would be extremely diligent and could take care of any issues that could possibly come up. And most importantly, I knew she would have mine and my family's best interest at heart. Marilyn exceeded all of my expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the community including my family and friends!

Seller reviewWe really can't say enough wonderful things about Marilyn Shockley. We thought it would take a lot longer than it did to sell our property than it did. I believe it sold so quickly because of the way Marilyn presented it on MLS and because of her knowledge of San Bernard River property buyers. She is very knowledgeable about the San Bernard River property and knew exactly what was needed to sell our river house. She went above and beyond to help us get it sold at a good price. Marilyn is the greatest realtor to work with.
