I highly recommend Marilyn Shockley! She went above and beyond for us! To say she is amazing is an understatement! She made the 1st time home buying process very pleasant for us. We would have been so lost without her help. I cannot express my gratitude enough!

Marilyn has ALWAYS helped Nick and I whenever we needed her help. With the purchase of our first house over 10 years ago, (Marilyn had to have shown us over 20 houses), to finally finding our forever home this year, Marilyn has always gone above what is expected. Marilyn would call to check in with us. The one big thing was she helped us with a situation with our lender when they tried to change our contract. Marilyn stepped in with her knowledge of the law and set the situation straight, AND saved us a bunch of money! Marilyn doesn't stop when she gets her payday either. She made sure to check in with us after both of our purchases to make sure everything was ok. She even sent us paperwork she knew we would need for this year's taxes on our new house. Thank you Marilyn! I would go with Marilyn anywhere she worked! Marilyn made sure we were in a contract with our old house before moving forward with our previous house. She checked and double checked to make sure nothing would fall through the cracks, and put out MANY fires behind the scenes. Thank you Marilyn would answer any question we had. I tried not to bug her on weekends or nights, but if I did, she ALWAYS had a very quick response. There wasn't one time when I asked her a question she didn't respond within minutes. I never realized how much "stuff" goes into selling a home, and buying a home. Marilyn was one of a kind! She really puts all of her effort into making your experience as easy and smooth as possible, even if she has to take all the hits.

Marilyn was very easy to talk with and went out of her way to help us find and purchase our home. The home needed to be remodeled and she was extremely helpful in helping us find a great contractor and even took me to see his work before we hired him. We enjoyed her company during the home buying process and we hope to enjoy an ongoing friendship.
