I loved that whenever we went to view a house and I said "yea I don't like this" she didn't try to sell me a house she was walking right out the door with me and my husband. No but, no look at this, no are your sure. We was out. And that right there made me appreciate her even more. Her professional is unmatched, but her personality was much more. We found the house that suited me the most, We love our new home, it's nothing short of amazing, making the selection was fun but seeing the happiness on Marisa face when I finally made my decision brought me joy. Because I know she was tired of my indecisiveness lol. It was fun working with her she has a great personality along with her professionalism. Buyer reviewMarisa is amazing! We moved from FL to TN and had no idea what the area was like. She set up showings for properties in a 2 day period as we had a strict timeline. We made an offer on a home before heading back to FL. Offer was accepted but ultimately fell through due to structural issues on the property... But we kept looking online. Marisa toured several properties and took video and pictures for us. We finally found "the one" and Marisa kept us updated throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for more communication! As this was half way across the country and we had a few weeks before actually moving in after closing, Marisa checked on the property continuously... And even checked on the koi in thee pond. She also set up all the agreed upon repairs so they would be completed by the time we got to our new home. The amount of patience and empathy Marisa showed our family during this 3 month period of finding and closing on the home...amazing. Couldn't recommend her enough!
