When I first talk to Mr. Mark Davis, he took the time to listen to me and the needs of my family. Mark was polite, always available, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the local housing market and how to initially price the home. The other broker I previously considered had a significantly lower commission fee, but Mark's experience, knowledge and personality were much more important factors in our decision-making process. Thus, my family and I decided to more forward with Mark.

Mark Davis is an excellent realtor. Every step of the process, Mark gave my sister and I the most thoughtful, informative, and useful advice. His support through the duration of the sale and at the closing was also invaluable.

In the end, we sold our home for an excellent price thanks to Mark Davis.
