Seller reviewI have had the pleasure of working with Mark Lisy in the past and was thrilled with my previous sales experience with Mark. Because of my previous experience with Mark Lisy, and how professional and knowledgeable he was, I didn't entertain the idea of using anyone else. Mark Lisy is very knowledgeable of market trends, marketing strategies, and of historical trends that could effect the sale of property. This deal was particularly complicated due the the overlay of ownership on the parcel that was being sold, but Mark Lisy dove into the challenges and research that was necessary to complete this deal without a second thought. During the course of this contract, Mark Lisy remained patient with both parties (buyers group and sellers) and worked to ensure that we got the most out of our investment. I would recommend Mark Lisy to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the area.
