My family and I have known Mark for years so it was a no brainer to use him as my real estate agent. It's an added bonus that he is amazing at his job and a fantastic person on top of it. My husband and I are so glad to have had Mark Vaccaro as our real estate agent. We recently bought a new home out of state and once we moved, we put our Chicago house up for sale. We thought for sure it would be a laborious task to say the least. Mark Vaccaro met with us personally to set things up for showing the house and taking care of the property since it was now vacant. He really put our minds at ease knowing that our house would be looked after and cared for in our absence. Not 24 hours after the house was officially on the market there was a showing. We thought for sure this would be the first of many over the next few months. To our surprise, later that same evening, Mark called and told us that the couple who looked at the house made a bid. We weren't thrilled with their offer, so Mark helped us with a counteroffer and the couple accepted. Wow! Things were certainly moving along. We thought for sure we'd have to make a couple of trips back to Chicago to get everything finished to complete the sale of the house, but Mark assured us that was not necessary. He took care of everything. From inspections, to paperwork, and all the other legwork in between, Mark had it covered. Mark took the confusion and difficulty right out of the equation of selling our house. He was very patient when he had to explain things to us that we did not understand. He really took the hassle out of what could have been a very stressful situation. In just one month, our house went from "For Sale" to "Sold" and we have Mark Vaccaro to thank!
