Seller reviewThis sale was a difficult one, we had a lot of delays, and setbacks. Marsha was a very calming professional. The other Agent on the buying half was somewhat high strung and tended to make me nervous with each obstacle that threatened the deal. Marsha was the opposite: very reassuring. And in the end she was right, we eventually got through it. I did not have an easy or enjoyable overall sales experience, but it was made bearable and I credit that to Marsha. Frankly, this sale was a lot more stressful than previous real estate experiences in my life but that is in no way a criticism of Marsha, on the contrary she worked hard for me.
