He was able to get us a showing the very next day, and by the day after that, the offer was accepted. Marty was incredibly transparent about the homebuying process, which was very important as a first-time homebuyer. He was communicative and answered every single question I had promptly and thoroughly. Marty Hill is great at making a very scary and complex process seem simple and straightforward. I would recommend Marty to anyone looking for a house in the Southeastern Michigan area.

Key highlights: --He provided consulting up front regarding how much to invest in refreshing the house (which had generally been kept up) to best position it for sale in a timely manner. --He communicated the process and helped establish timing / shared services where I needed some options and stayed in touch while I was getting things ready to get on the market. --We sold the house in the first weekend it was listed! --Marty was also very helpful in considering the different dimensions of the offers-- not just price - to make it an uneventful process, too!
