We met Mary Alice Tyson at an open house she was hosting as we were on our way back home to Atlanta. We told her we were casually looking in Dothan but that open houses from 2-4 on Sundays were inconvenient. She gave us her card and told us to let her know when we were coming back to town and she'd be happy to take us to see houses on a Saturday. We stayed in touch via text and I sent her a list of houses we'd like to view. One was already sold, so our list was short - three houses. The first house was a total fixer - livable, but not how we wanted to live for months through a renovation. The second house was new construction and multi-level - a challenge for rheumatoid arthritis. The third house was IT! Mary Alice knew this was the house for us from the moment we walked in the door. She did not pressure us at all, was a wealth of knowledge for our many, MANY questions, and was the voice of calm amidst my craziness. Completing an interstate negotiation is challenging in and of itself, but Mary Alice got us through the process with ease. We cannot recommend her enough!
