Seller reviewSomeone who was willing to work hard to get our price and be able to want to do the best for us. Maryann Dubell was excellent. Willing to help us the entire time. She is a hard worker. Always informed us of what was going on. She is extremely knowledgeable and would answer all our questions or go further to find the answer if she did not know and always got back to us. Always made us feel that us and our home were important not just a listing for her. We feel we were very lucky to have had her represent us in the selling of our home. She always encouraged us no matter what was going on. Century 21 is lucky to have her Maryann Dubell was unable to attend our closing and so Mr. Herb Lisjak represented us. We cannot say enough good things about Mr. Lisjak. We called the day after the settlement with a question and he helped us immediately. We feel that the realtors under him perform the way they do because of the example he sets for them. We would definitely recommend Century 21 and especially Maryann Dubell.

After we moved and the house was still on the market, she checked it often to make sure the house was secure. She put towels and rugs down to make it look better. Al l around, we were very pleased

Buyer reviewFrom the moment my husband and I decided to sell our home and move our family, we knew Mary Ann Dubell was the only choice for us. She was with us every step of the way and was easily accessible and answered promptly to any and all questions. Her broad knowledge and eye for detail had our house on the market and then under contract 48 hours later. During our building process she accompanied us to meetings with the builder and was on top all communication. Mary Ann helped make this process a lot less stressful and smooth. She has my high recommendation to anyone thinking of starting this process.
