Seller reviewMary Ann was very professional. She was always available when we had questions. She worked very hard with open houses and advertising. After we moved and the house was still on the market, she checked it often to make sure the house was secure. She put towels and rugs down to make it look better. Al l around, we were very pleased

She was with us every step of the way and was easily accessible and answered promptly to any and all questions. Her broad knowledge and eye for detail had our house on the market and then under contract 48 hours later. During our building process she accompanied us to meetings with the builder and was on top all communication. Mary Ann helped make this process a lot less stressful and smooth. She has my high recommendation to anyone thinking of starting this process.

She worked long hours while we were in town and communicated via email after hours. Very diligent!! She scheduled showings on a tight schedule and was able to get us into lots of properties in a short time frame. She worked with our needs and priorities and listened to what we wanted. She was always evaluating what we had seen and thinking about her next step. We could not have bought a home that quickly without Mary Ann. She knew the area and kept us moving.
