Buyer reviewSince we were working from a different state, it was important to have someone willing to accommodate our situation. Buying a home is stressful enough, but buying it sight unseen (in person with our own eyes) was an added stress. Mary Ann was wonderful about making sure we got the best digital representation possible, even allowing a personal friend to see the homes and video tape for us. Getting a 2nd set of eyes was helpful and she was not put off by that request and we appreciated it immensely. Paper work is never fun, but she always made sure to get it to us timely and get things corrected if there were errors. Would work with her again!

Buyer reviewMary Ann Pisciotta was far and away The most accommodating, knowledgeable, trustworthy and accessible realtors that I ever employed. she was able to present quality properties available for purchase and the property chosen in price, size, location, and updates could not be more desirable and facilitated by her tireless interest availability communication and in particular the features of the property itself given that most of this purchase was done Florida to New York. Possible glitches were avoided by her knowledge effort and timely communication. She was knowledgeable and facilitated the many documents most of all the title and escrow agreement with the sellers attorney and the approval of the Wynmoor Community Council. I have recommended anumber of New York friends and relatives to the Wynmoor Community giving Mary Ann Pisciotta as the realestate agent and facilitator to contact.
