Buyer reviewWe contacted Mary before we were seriously looking in one area and she was very knowledgeable about most of the areas we were interested in. She sent us a list of what was available to what our needs were. As we narrowed down our areas, Mary was able to update us on what was or wasn't available. She understood our "must haves" and our wants. She set aside a weekend to show us many houses, and we didn't finish seeing all of them, because halfway through the second day we found our dream home. Mary was very helpful to us as we were not familiar with Richmond, but she was able to pass along some of her knowledge to us to help us navigate the area and the steps needed to purchase our home. Mary is a very friendly professional and we were estactic to have her as our agent.
