Mary was able to quickly help eliminate undesirable areas which allowed us to focus on the right home for us in the right area. We are very happy with our new home and love the neighborhood. Mary really came through for us during making the initial offer, she knew the market and was able to help guide us which resulted in a signed agreement with no counters or back and fourth.
