The positive comments of friends who had used Mary and her staff to sell their properties was a deciding factor.
It was difficult getting timely responses from the realtor who represented the property that I wanted to purchase. Mary was diligent in contacting that realtor in fact several times and at one point went to that realtor's office.
Due to problems purchasing the selected property Mary and her staff took time to try to find something else that I would be happy with. They were cognizant of the fact that I had a short period of time to find another property. With this time restraint in mind their research and the scheduling of appointments were done in a very organized timely fashion
Ben was very timely in forwarding to me documents that needed my signature. He even made trips to my home to exchange paperwork and personally delivered my escrow check to the seller's realtor's office.
Dealing with the seller's realtor was to me quite a problem however no matter what obstacles presented themselves Mary and Ben moved forward to solve the problem. Even when the final walk through the morning of the closing found us without access, Mary persisted and was able to not only find access but to take pictures.
