Seller reviewMary Schultz's initial presentation to us was very detailed and professional. She quickly and accurately answered all of our initial questions. We have moved 6+ times and sold our house each time. By far, Mary Schultz is the best real estate agent we've ever met. She is very professional, very accurate with her market assessment, and super easy to work with in regards to showings, etc. We were concerned about trying to sell our house in Wisconsin in the winter. Mary Schultz and her team's diligent efforts resulted in us getting 2 offers only 2 weeks after going on the market. We ended up selling the house for $5000 over asking price.
