Buyer reviewThe location of my purchase was my top priority. The realtor I worked with was very helpful in alerting me when new properties in my price range came on the market and was very helpful and patient with me as my search took several months/years. I have limited knowledge about the real estate field and the ins and outs of how best to prepare an offer or amendments after the various inspections took place. Ashley assisted me with feedback and ultimately helped me get an agreed offer lower than I was expecting. Once a final offer was accepted, the staff updated me with helpful tips and information as we went through the closing process. Ashley and the Mary Schultz team were so easy to work with and helped make the overall experience as stress free as possible!
